Reporting a problem

If something in the game is broken, the most useful message names three things: what you were doing, what happened, and what browser and device you were on. Those three usually narrow a report down faster than anything else.

Deleting your data

You do not need to write to us. Press the menu button (☰) during play, choose Delete my data, then tap it again to confirm. That deletes your board row and the gameplay events stored for your browser's random ID. The privacy policy explains what is kept and for how long. For anything the button does not cover, such as purchase records, write to the privacy address above.
